I applied by email and within a week we had arranged an interview at the Brighton office. On arrival I was introduced to the team before heading to a coffee shop round the corner for an interview with Andy & Joe. I was introduced to the product (Simpplr) and we discussed the projects in my portfolio, previous roles and how I might fit into the team at Simpplr. It was a very friendly and relaxed interview with clear focus on conversation rather than questioning - Above all else, it was refreshing to speak to friendly people with genuine passion and enthusiasm.
