Phone interview consisting of very basic interview 101 questions. Lasted approximately fifteen minutes and included questions that were clearly read off of a script. In my first answers I explained my background and experience. Later in the interview I was asked "what is your familiarity with x" where x was something I had already explained in detail. It was not a detailed or difficult interview.

I had a phone screen with HR, which was pleasant and went well. I was then asked to come in for an in-person meeting. The person I met with was late, aloof at times and definitely didn't seem interested in being there. They asked questions that didn't really seem to the job description as I was given, and towards the end he made comments that seemed like he had already chosen another candidate, so I'm unsure why they had me come in.

All very organised and they keep candidates very well informed. All interviewers were well prepared and were 'In the room' and attentive. They explained the role very precisely and placed high importance on culture fit. Interview with CEO was cool.

Interview process was very structured. I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter where she was able to go through about skimlinks, DevOps structure and overall business overview. I liked the way she went through everything with me in 30 mins and was able to answer all my questions. Really enjoyed. Also It was very informative and helpful. I was progressed to next stage to speak with hiring manager and there were few difficult questions which i was not able to answer due to lack of my knowledge. I got constructive feedback followed by a recruiter phone call. Great experience.

I had approached by a recruiter, lovely lady. We had a chat for 45 mins as a part of first stage of the interview process. I got a quick response to move to the next stage. All went very smooth and had a enjoyable conversation with all. Very positive experience and all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner by both recruiter and team.

Process was short and sweet. Everyone was so friendly, however I felt hiring manager a bit unconnected. However I had a healthy conversation later with the recruiter and she was very helpful in terms understanding the overall picture as compared to what I found with the hiring manager in the second stage.
