Ask you to do research on sky products but didnt even ask about it.total waste of time and energy as there was more candidates with call centre experience.

I went in for the open day and once in the building 4 I had a Tour around the campus then questions with the sky academy rep. Was really good and laid back environment. The sky campus looked very interesting

I interviewed for a sales advisor role, the whole process took about 2 weeks from the phone interview date.
The day after my face to face group interview I received an email saying I passed the interview. I accepted the offer.
