After I applied online I was invited to any of the open house events in the future. I was excited and prepared to do well. Just like what a couple people said on the reviews...they select the people that show the worst characteristics. Those that came the latest were chosen after introductions were completed. This was done in Ohio and there were about 15 people that were there and only 3 were chosen. It was so depressing to have come all the way there during rush hour time too just to have these 3 women who dont look at the important qualities when choosing a suitable flight attendant. I never made it to the next round for the f2f interview. Very disappointed with the skywest open house.
