Interview
The interview process was like your typical cattle call. When you arrive you hand the recruiter your resume . Shortl after they go into the Skywest presentation . Next, they go around the room and everyone must give a 60 second reason as to why they would like to be a flight attendant .

Describe a time you were put into a difficult situation and how did you rectify yourself.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
