They bring you in and have you do a height test. They explain the company and then take a break. Then come back and do a group interview where you stand in front and introduce your name and answer why would you make a great flight attendant and explain your work histor in under60 seconds

It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
