I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Apply online before attending group interview. One of the first things they as for is if you have an employee referral. Dress like a flight attendant, not overdone. Our group was small so they skipped the one minute introduction that you have to do in front f everybody, so everyone got a face-to-face interview. They do ask you what would make you a good flight attendant in the face-to-face. It was a fairly quick process. They emailed me a few weeks lately to attend the training offer, which I accepted. Training is 30 days 8-10 hour days, you get 2 days off.

The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
