This is could be a long night, so make sure you drink a cup of coffee or two!
In the first hour, they go over the job description and what you should expect. ASK QUESTIONS AT THE END.
After the first hour, there will be a small break and then you give a 60 second speech on WHY you should be a flight attendant- not WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE. Make sure you stay within the 60 seconds! Also, do not include your age, family, pets, 'i love to travel', and information that doesn't answer the question. Mention your skills, experience and what you can contribute to the company. As for your presence, just pretend you are talking to your friends. Yes, I am aware its hard and nerve racking but they are looking for people who can stand in front of a crowd. Just take a big breath and let it roll. :) Just prepare beforehand and you should be fine.
After everyone goes, the recruiters will take about an hour to choose potential candidates and then a list will be posted. If your name is posted on the list, you will now have a face to face interview. If not, they will tell you that you are free to go. For the face to face, they ask you scenario questions and personal questions like your experience, tough customers in the past. etc. Just like everyone else, answer what you can in STAR format!
2 weeks later, you will receive an email whether or not if you are invited to training. In my case, I was invited. :) Just prepare your 60 second speech ahead of time, do research on the company, practice in the mirror a few times, and review some of the questions posted on Glass Door. :)
APPEARANCE: For the ladies, I wore a black pant suit with a white blouse underneath. I had my hair in a low pony tail, mascara, and red lipstick. For shoes, I wore black 2 inch heels and black nylons to cover the tattoo on my foot.
TATTOOS: This was definitely a huge concern for me because I have a half sleeve going on right now... after the first hour of the interview, I showed them my arm and they said I would be okay as long as I wear long sleeves. NOTHING BELOW THE ELBOW!
