Interview
I went to a group interview. They sit you down, tell you about the job. Then each person stands up and says in 60 seconds or less why they believe they fit the job position of flight attendant well.
There's a break and they determine who will receive a one-on-one interview. They posted a paper for those who would receive a one-on-one and then they interviewed us. They thoroughly look at your resume. It took about a week and a half to hear back that I had been hired.

What is something that people do that bothers you?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
