It was an exciting, nerve wracking, and long process. After applying online you may receive an invitation through email, to attend a group interview. I attended one in Atlanta. You first sign up, turn in your resume, get your height checked, and get to know the other applicants. Then there is an overview of the company and the expectations for the job, and requirements, pay, and so on are explained, as well as questions answered. That was enjoyable. Then One by one you go up and explain in a short time, why you would make a good flight attendant for skywest. After that you break for 45 minutes or more. They deliberate over your speech and resume. Then the applicants that are chosen for face to face interviews are posted in a list on the door. Not many are chosen. Then One by one you have face to face. Then told in 2 weeks you will get a response. If chosen you move on to training, if not you can try again in 90 days. Over all it was a good experience. Just compared to stay late, not time period given. Also bring snacks, water, maybe a meal, we spent about 7 hrs there, if made it until the end.
