Interview
I applied to SkyWest Airlines December 20, 2017 afterwards I received a email December 28, 2017 announcing that they are having "Open Group Interview" on January 11th. I already knew because they had several different recruiting events on the website. It was no process, it was just simple apply to the job and attend their open group interview. I met someone as I was walking in and she was very nice. We talked until more people came and joined us and we talked and socialized the entire time then went around to introduce and meet others. One of the recruiters came out and stated that's its time to enter the room. They collected resumes at the table in two lines, one person was checking your height (shoes off). We sat an waited they started AT 6:00pm (if you are late you will be turned around). The question was "Why do you want be a Flight Attendant include your past experience" I was so nervous, I can't remember what I said. They gave us a hour before they put the names on the door of who were accepted for the one-on-one interview. It was a good experience to get a feel of other interviews. Good Luck!

Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant include your past experience?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
