It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Memphis, TN) in Feb 2018
Interview
I interviewed in Memphis, TN. There were about 55 people in our group. We were given a small presentation about the airline and then asked to give a 1 minute speech on why we'd make a great flight attendant. They deliberated for 45 minutes and then posted a list of candidates invited for the face to face. That was done that evening. I got there about 5:15pm, the presentation started at 6pm, I left about 11:15pm.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
