I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2018
Interview
Arrive at the recruitment event as early as 4:00 PM and expect to be there until 12 AM. I dressed in a pencil skirt, white top, and black blazer with pumps and I'm glad I did! No one who dressed in less than "office appropriate" was chosen for a face to face interview. In your 60 second question a lot of people forgot to smile and show confidence due to being nervous, I think that its more important to show how well you can stand in front of a group of people and remain calm than to answer the question perfectly. In my face to face interview one of the two employees interviewing me said "Just show us your personality, we're not looking for any certain requirements, we're looking for a certain kind of person." I asked specifically "What makes a great flight attendant?" and they said there wasn't a definable quality they were looking for. Bring a snack! You will definitely get hungry and grumpy and tired of waiting but they are 100% watching you to see how you will react to waiting and being uncertain of when the process will end. It's been 5 days since my interview and I haven't received an offer yet
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What would be the hardest thing about being a flight attendant for Skywest? What's one thing about the information we've given you that's a problem?
You're an executive chef at a restaurant. Your cook has just cut himself, the baker looks like he's going to be sick and needs to go home, and a fire has just started. Prioritize these issues

They call it group interview but many people are in 1 big room meeting recruiters one on one. Make sure to do everything they tell you to do before going to a group interview.

Interview
The interview process was a new experience for me and I learned a few things about myself, some good and some maybe not as good. All in all my experience was very pleasant, I felt that even with my quirky personality that the SkyWest Interviewer was very gracious and accepting of these differences which made the prospects of working for SkyWest seem more pleasing. I look forward to advancing my career at SkyWest in future and encourage anyone who may be interested in being a Flight Attendant to try it out with SkyWest!

Interview
The day I went for a interview the process went smooth at the beginning. They will take your height, and than do a small orientation about their companies. However, the interview was a bit disappointed for me. Since it wasn’t a lot of people (50+) it was decided to be a individual interview. There was five recruiters that will take one by one to the same room.
When it was my turn I feel like I just walked into a loud and noisy room following this lady. We sat at the corner, but not too far from another interviewer behind me and at the very far to my left. When the lady start asking me questions I felt like I was having a hard time hearing her because of all the other recruiters/applicants. I think it was a mess and ridiculous that we all have to be in the same room. I literally have to wait and stopped at one point when another person who was right behind me was talking too loud that was needed to resume after he/she was done talking. When you’re interviewing someone you shouldn’t rush the person for answer because to be honest that was how my interview went. Maybe look more cheerful and pretend to be a interested person.
I didn’t get the job because there was one question I didn’t answer rightfully. I never been on a airplane before so that is probably why I fail the interview.m, and because some general questions regarding to taking a flight on the airplane. But that’s okay because i want to keep trying the next time. Overall it was a good experiences.
