Very laid back, doesn’t matter if you mess up on the 60 sec presentation, they are looking for your personality. I accidentally mentioned that I loved to fly and it’s my dream job. I also choked a bit but I made it to the one on one with 9 out of 20 ish

If a passenger comes to you with complaints about your service, what do you do
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
