The Group interview is on time and organized. The Fa recruiter is very friendly and gave us what to expect and provide us a background about the FA role.Its a great opportunity that Skywest provide World Class service and Famous for being the Most awarded and Best regional airline in the US.The interview process is fair and equal to all.Skywest acknowledge or value your skills, education and previous work experienced.Its a best company to work with.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
