It was straight to the point. Everyone on the recruitment was very responsive and accommodating to the candidates. Skywest has a very nice people to work with, it's definitely one of the best or the best regional airlines in the united states.

Question 1
Study all the basic stuffs you know in the flying school. Be prepared to share you experience and be knowledgeable of your aircraft that your flying. Questions run through BASIC weather, instrument flying, jet operation and FAR's etc.

Interview was about 2.5 hours. Very straightforward if you use airline interviews. Very friendly as well. If you don’t know the answer just admit it or ask them to rephrase.

The interview is normally a two hour technical interview that details everything sent in a prior email. HR questions may or may not be a few simple questions about demographic.

Interview was 1 hour 45 min. I recommend studying before the interview as it was fairly technical for systems questions. Study Jepp charts to include airport diagram, SIDS, STARS. We also dove into weather quite a bit.
