Skytop Lodge interview questions

Applied on a Sunday and received a call from the department Director late on Tuesday, who left a voicemail stating that he "wanted to talk to me about the position." I called back first thing Wednesday morning and left a voicemail. No response Wednesday or Thursday, so I followed up with an email expressing my interest in the position. Recieved a response to my email stating "we are reviewing applications and narrowing the list of those we wish to interview. Those chosen will be contacted." OK, but why did you call me on Tuesday to talk about the position if I wasn't on the list to be interviewed? Never heard from anyone again. Seems that there are communication issues amongst managers, which leads me to believe that the negative reviews from previous employees are legit.

I was interviewed by two people for an administrative HR Representative position. I was interviewed at the same time by both ladies who asked me a series of questions. After speaking with the 2 ladies together, I spoke with one of them individually. She described more about the job and what the duties would be. They were nice and very friendly. They answered my questions about the company and what they liked about working there.
