I spoke with 3 members of the HR team. All were very kind and asked 1 or 2 questions about my qualifications. It was apparent the team was stressed out and that the dynamics of the HRBPs as a team needs improvement (in their own words). After the panel interview which took about 1.5 hours in person I never received any follow up to phone calls or emails. It's incredibly rude to take up multiple hours of a person's time only to not follow up at all (even to send a "thanks but no thanks note".
The process lead me to believe that the team is likely stretched thin and disorganized and doesn't value candidates efforts or time.
