The interview process at Slalom was very refreshing. The entire process was 'candidate-centric', with an emphasis on me and my goals and aspirations. Instead of focusing the conversations and questions solely around my fit for Slalom (standard interview process), it was much more of a mutually beneficial conversation that included how Slalom would be a good fit for me. I was able to see how my goals and aspirations aligned to the Slalom mission and culture, giving me a great deal of confidence and comfort, during what can normally be a very stressful process.
