I started the process around mid-Summer to start exploring other career opportunities. Every individual I connected with throughout the process was very genuine and sincerely wanted to get to know me as a unique individual. They had similar themes when asked about their Slalom story (passionate about making the customers successful and loving what they do) and it was the happy consultants that helped me decide to move on from my previous employer. During the interview process, there were some significant life events, and we were able to speed up or slow down the pace given my circumstances. Overall, the recruiting team was very understanding, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. I’ve been on the other side of the table many times and I was quite impressed with the personal touch from the primary recruiter.
