Interview
The Slalom interview process was straightforward. The process began with a recruiter reaching out which turned to a phone screen followed by two additional rounds of interviews. In-person interviews involved speaking to a Consultant, Principal Consultant, Solution Principal, Practice Area Director, and the Boston General Manager. The interview questions were mostly behavioral with some questions revolving around how I handle certain situations in an Agile environment (i.e. retrospective methods). Everyone was amiable and professional and interviews felt organic and authentic in comparison to other companies. From the interviews, I could tell that Slalom was also looking for a cultural fit to ensure my values aligned with theirs. In the end, I felt invigorated by the interview process and left with a very positive experience!

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
