Once I applied for the position, I was contacted within one day for an initial conversation. The recruiting team was very helpful and transparent throughout the whole process as they worked to find a position that fit for me. The entire process took 3.5 months and I had 6 interviews that all felt like interesting conversations, not interviews.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
