Interview
I first met with Slalom Talent Management recruiter
I then was scheduled to meet with one the technical consultants
After passing first interview, I was asked to be at a second interview with another technical consultant
and finally with the regional Principal

Question 1
I was asked to describe how I have used data to discover and visually present it to internal customers to help them uncover unknown patterns.
I was asked about what was my involvement in project such as data governance, data integration, data reconciliation. I was asked how much I understood about data modeling
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
