The most condescending HR I've ever interviewed with. Due to personal reasons, I asked for some sort of accommodation during the interview scheduling interview, only to not get any reply.
The interview is supposed to be a 25-min chat. However HR is clearly didn't care with what I am saying. No question asked, no reply to any of my answers, and she didn't even looking at me during the entire conversation. I didn't remember clearly, but I think she also chewed something at some point. It's clear she cannot wait this session to finish. She is just there to convey briefly what the role about, the salary expectation, and start-date. The entire chat ended in 6 minutes, including 2 questions that I asked.

I applied online. I interviewed at Smartly (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
It is extensive but enjoyable. From hiring manager to Director every step was designed to test different areas of expertise. 3rd interview included a home task which was an open ended task and I had to present my response to a panel of two senior designers.
