      Pros

      Good office location, right in the center.

      Cons

      Lost most of it's core cultural values that made working here attractive for people who build and own things. Talking > building time now. Engineering leadership are in meetings all day, disconnected from the 'field', relaying what they're supposed to actually be doing on the team without giving any recognition in return. Some teams have formed 'bubbles' trying to ignore all the fire outside. If you are not in one of those, good luck. As a result, high turnover rates make things even harder for remaining people.

      Pros

      Incredible, warm and talented people, who have each others' back. Endless opportunities to learn and take ownership of projects that will extend you, if you're hungry. Flexible hybrid working environment. Strong and supportive team environment. Opportunity to shape your own career, and wear many hats. Bonuses have been almost consistently paid out in full, lunch provided on in-office days.

      Cons

      Challenging and extremely fast-paced industry & environment, a lot of time working in 'the grey', keeping up with change can be tricky. Best suited for those that love to extend themselves, want to find opportunities to contribute over-above & outside their role, are comfortable being constantly challenged. If you need a completely linear and clearly defined career path handed to you, you might be disappointed. Can feel chaotic at times. Yearly salary increases may disappoint those that aren't getting promoted, but pretty consistent with overall industry.

      Absolutely zero structure in teams, managers don’t care so I was always struggling to even get a regular call in the diary. Sales teams can bulldoze the CS team and can try and offload their work onto them. Probably my least favourite company I’ve worked
