The procesa took 5 rounds with 1. Someone from the TA team, 2. The team Lead in search for the new team member 3. A Senior Pre-Sales team member 4. A quick interview with a Sales Team Manager 5.A Panel Presentation with 4 people
The first 4 stages were way too informal, not that many questions beyond "What would like to work for us" or "What are you expecting from this role?". However, even when the presentation was told to be "casual" or "nothing to be looked for in specifics" it wasn't. The 4 members were asking very specific SaaS Demo questions to an advanced level. They wanted you to have expertise in SaaS vocab for different departments as well demanded to have a specific Sales persuasion, Sales language and Sales dynamics.
So, if you are looking for this role, make sure you won't miss any of those, plus having an advanced knowledge on Sales Persuasion, Sales Value, and SaaS experience. Since instructions and metrics were not clear, they immediately discarded any possibility of hiring or training.
