RED FLAG, RUN: They Ghost, that's a big red flag and cultural misfit, if they don't respect basic cnadidate time an effort after going through 4 stages of interview: Stage 1: Screening with Recruiter Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager Stage 3: Task Stage 4: Presenting Task Stage 5: Ghosting.
