RED FLAG, RUN: They Ghost, that's a big red flag and cultural misfit, if they don't respect basic cnadidate time an effort after going through 4 stages of interview:
Stage 1: Screening with Recruiter
Stage 2: Interview with Hiring Manager
Stage 3: Task
Stage 4: Presenting Task
Stage 5: Ghosting. Have read this in another interview review for Hambi media as well. Essentially the same company and recruiter.
it was hard and not good and the group interview felt like interrgation i didnt enjoy it needs better team communication and better understanding amongst the group interview because its too much

Focused on understanding how they think, how they work, and how they approach problems.
Nothing overly complex or different from what other agencies already do.
More about fit, mindset, and experience than trying to reinvent the process.
