I applied online. I interviewed at Social Security Administration (Auburn, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Not organized, late with call. Acted like it was an expedited hiring process, when it really wasn't. In hindsight, if your interview time is late in getting started on time, don't take the call/interview. If you're offered a 9am, or 11am interview slot, you should look elsewhere.

Interview
I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

Interview
The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
