A company which isn't honest and very unprofessional. They have contacted me for the 2nd time to say they are ready to make an offer and are very happy i'm still available and interested in joining the company. Then for a reason I ignore, they informed me my application is declined. I have to mention that they asked for an advanced level in French and 2 years of experience (minimum). I have all the qualifications they required and even more as I'm native in French ... Funny fact, I was even helping the person who interviewed me first to find his words in French (With a very good intention). I guess they let their employees to manipulate the hiring process and choose the people who are under qualified so they can module them as they want.

Les 2 premiers entretiens avec des managers opérationnels n+1 et n+2 ont consisté à évaluer ma façon de travailler, mon expérience. Pas de volonté particulière à piéger. Celui avec la RH consiste à évaluer mes motivations et enfin l'entretien final avec le service recrutement groupe sert à valider tout ça. C'est à cette dernière étape qu'il y a négociation ou pas. Si positif une offre nous est faite.
