Applied through a consultant. Had three rounds initially - one technical, them managerial and HR. Technical was good. HR took too much pride to let me know how luck I am to make it till the last round. Was told that I'd be receiving the offer letter within a week. 2 weeks passed by and no sign of communication even after following up after a week. Then after 3rd week, HR called and asked me to attend a Italian client round - which went well and was acknowledged on a positive feedback. Then comes another month of dormant stage with no updates/replies to my queries. Was already getting frustrated. After a month and a half together consultant calls me and request me to attend another "last" interview - with no clue on earth of what kind of interview it would be . The next day I get to attend a technical interview again - after which I told not to ring me again without any proper update on what things are upto.

I had a very disappointing interview experience with Société Générale. They scheduled an interview for me over the weekend for the entire day. Based on this schedule, I made all necessary arrangements, cancelled my prior commitments, and even started my journey to attend the interview. However, midway through my travel, I suddenly received a call from the consultancy informing me that the interview had been cancelled due to the unavailability of the interview panel. They did not even show the courtesy of sending an official email to notify me. This last-minute cancellation was extremely unprofessional and wasted an entire day of my time. What was more disappointing was the attitude of the senior HR head when I reached out for clarity—she took the situation very lightly, showing no sense of accountability, professionalism, or empathy for the inconvenience caused. For a reputed organization, I expected better professionalism and respect towards candidates’ time and efforts. Unfortunately, my experience left me with a very negative impression of the company’s hiring process.
Who doesn't have knowledge, they do interview...and if you are from tamil or kerala...you will get offer. intern employee will do interview of 15 yrs experienced profile...
