Der Ablauf war inhaltlich fair und gehaltvoll. Es wurde die Strategie für die Umstrukturierung der Business Unit vorgestellt und wie sich diese neu geschaffene Rolle eines Directors in die neue Struktur einfügt.

Question 1
Welche Aspekte für die Umsetzung der Dir soeben vorgestellten Neuausrichtung dieser Business Unit einbringen?
After half a dozen of interviews for a role, at the very final stage of the process, they emailed me that they needed to reschedule my final interview due to a clash and then just disappeared. My polite email enquiries were left unanswered. I understand that they might have chosen another candidate, but hey what happened to basic business ethics? One would expect at least a short email or a call in this situation but not total ghosting. This leaves a bad aftertaste and is quite damaging for the company’s brand and reputation overall.
