Interview
After following up a handful of times to schedule the interview (via a referral), it was rather short and unclear of what they were looking for. When I asked for next steps, they said they were very excited about working with me and when I followed I did not receive any response.
Respectful and honest. It took more than an hour. Got lots of insight and a tour of the Hotel and the restaurant. They had a lot of questions about you as a person as well.

Interview
The interview process was 5 rounds spanning about 6 weeks. The initial interview was personality with the second 2 more about experience, strengths and ideas for the role. The last two were to see if you're a good fit for the culture of the company.
