I got an interview through a referral so I didn't get to have the first HR Interview (if there was any). The interviewer was very welcoming and nice, He tried to deeply understand what my software background and what I was familiar with to see if it matched what he was looking for. I didn't get the offer because they were looking more for seasoned back-end java developer but overall, a pleasant experience.
