The process is very short and simple for the right candidates. I received a job offer within a week. I spoke with a recruiter which is very easy. Just be yourself and answer as honestly as possible. The group interview is super fun! It's a small group of candidates (3 in my group) sitting with 2 supervisors at a time, with 5 switches. You met 10 supervisors. Bring your A game. Give well thought out answers and smile. Give your co-interviewees some common courtesy when they are speaking. Be yourself and be confident. Good luck!
