I completed the on line application, promptly received an email to do a on line assessment. I took it and passed. I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview by the recruiter. After that interview call, I was scheduled for a face to face group interview. They require you provide 3 copies of your resume. They put 5 people in each room with 2 managers asking the questions for us to provide answers one at a time ....this was a long process with a total of 6 different managers playing musical chairs switching in and out of the room. CONS: Managers were not immediately recognizable...They were not punctual, not organized and was definitely not dressed appropriately to conduct any kind of interview what so ever. They had drinks in the room sipping while the interview was in progress, while the other was texting in between Q&A...Poor example! The way they were dressed made me feel like it was OK to come to work in my pajamas and sleeping bonnet. it made me tell myself... I'm way too good for this place. I would decline the offer to work there based on this 1st impression.
