Quick interview process with a range of topics covered and exposure to different team members across the organization. Started with hiring manager, then HR, a cognitive interview, peer, and executive.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Solv in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied online and received an email asking to schedule an initial interview. The Interviewer showed up 5mins late to our Zoom meeting and seemed distracted/antsy while I was answering their questions (couldn't sit still and paused a few times to look at their phone). Later that day I got an email about scheduling the next two rounds (cognitive and team). Those were scheduled for the same day. After those two rounds and sending a thank you to everyone for their time, I haven't heard back from anyone. That was two weeks ago.
