One of the worst experiences ever! A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. We connected and the title/responsibilities were unclear because they had two different titles for the same role floating around online. After being emailed about an on-site we agreed to two phone calls. After about 2 days I got an email about the interviews going well and being told I would hear about next steps. One week went by and got an email the hiring manager was on vacation and were waiting for him to return for next steps.
Then, I got ghosted. Despite my reaching out I never heard back. First I wasn't even looking for a new role then I went out of my way to hear then out and they acted really poorly. No wonder they're falling apart and are an acquisition target.

Two rounds of initial phone interviews with direct manager.

The offer took about 2 weeks to be extended.
The role as described varied significantly from the role in practice.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, who then scheduled a phone call to share a few roles that were available. Recruiter was very personable and candid. I shared what role I wanted to pursue and they connected me with a different recruiter. I did a phone interview with the second recruiter, then did 3 separate video interviews with members of my future team. Whole process starting from the phone interview took just over a month.
