3 levels of interview.
Initially, I was recommended by an internal staff on an architect role.
However, during the first interview as the hiring manager was not present, I was interviewed by the CEO instead.
The second interview, I was attended to by the actual hiring manager.
For the third interview, the CEO interviewed me again but had an alternative role offer due to my experience and skillsets available.
Upon successful interviews, the HR manager then proceeded to work on the offer and benefits.
