Interview
It consisted of three phases:
1) Telephone interview with a human resources person
2) Telephone interview with a project manager
3) Personal interview with a human resources person, a tech lead and finally with the manager of the agency (it was a two hours process). And a test of french language (something needed for the agency that works with France).

2) For the thecnical part they ask you specific question about the thecnologies you used:
For me it was maven, java, spring, jsp, postgres.
3) The manage of the agency seels you what they do and how you can be part of that
