Attended a hiring event. Selected unit I wanted to interview with. Met with Unit Nurse Manager. Was not asked questions about my experience since I interviewed for a New Grad position. Interview lasted about 20 minutes.

They asked a series of questions about my strengths and weaknesses, how I handled a difficult situation, something that I had to overcome while in nursing school, a time when I had to use critical thinking during my clinical rotations, how I handle conflict/disagreement with a colleague, and how I handle stress
