Received call from recruiter to explain position and benefits, then scheduled an in-person interview with the director of the unit. Interviewer was friendly, asked basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, why this hospitial/unit?).

They asked a series of questions about my strengths and weaknesses, how I handled a difficult situation, something that I had to overcome while in nursing school, a time when I had to use critical thinking during my clinical rotations, how I handle conflict/disagreement with a colleague, and how I handle stress
