first interview was more to get to know you and why pick southern company, second was on teams with an engineer asking more behavioral questions, using the star method. thanks

Super easy it was a 2-round interview first one was a panel style interview with 5 managers, and the 2nd round was with 2 managers that you could potentially work with.

What was a mistake you made and how did you handle it?
Very simple. In person interview and then zoom interviews. No technical questions, all are behavioral, just talk about yourself. Asked to elaborate on some of my projects but nothing complex.
