You just signup and submit your drivers information. Its really easy depending on your location and the time your trying to get on there may be a waiting list. So you may have to wait a few months. You could also try to find a location that’s open now then as soon as you get on switch your location.

There was no in person interview with walmart spark driver. Everything could be done online. All documents could be simply uploaded. But the application process including the background check did take months.
