The process until first interview was very smooth. Panel greeted me with a religious phrase by assuming my identity which I found very unprofessional. I introduced myself and explained my previous roles. After hearing the first question, I concluded that my 7 years of experience and 2 days of interview preparations are in vain to please the panel because I was conversing with a person who has no expertise in the domain. They were asking questions that made no sense at all.
