Recruiter reached out to me after I’d submitted my resume and I scheduled time to meet with her. After spending substantial time prepping for the interview, the day of the interview I received notification that the interview was rescheduled for tomorrow the next day. I continue prepping. 15 minutes before the new scheduled time, I receive another notification that the interview was rescheduled for the following week, no explanation as to why. All prepped and ready to go again, 5 minutes past the re-re-scheduled interview time and I get another notification that the interview was rescheduled for the following week. This was the third time it was rescheduled and with no explanation. Obviously Spin do not value their candidates or their time and is probably a good reflection on their culture.
I wonder if management are aware of how poorly they are treating people.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spin
Interview
The same with many complaints here, I was promised a second interview and no one ever called.
I received a call from a recruiter two days after submitting my application. She just wanted to have a basic conversation with me. She asked me about my experience and to go through my résumé. It was very informal and she explained a little bit about the company and the position. She said she thought I would be a good fit for the position and wanted to move me forward to meet with the hiring manager. She said she was going to pass my résumé onto him and call me at the beginning of next week (4 days away) to schedule an interview. It has now been two weeks since our conversation and I’m not expecting another call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Spin in May 2021
Interview
The recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. I scheduled it, and 15 minutes before our scheduled call she requested to move the meeting to a week later. On the rescheduled date, she called me five minutes late and "couldn't hear me very well." After she asked me why I was interested in Spin, she asked me if I had 8 years of experience (even though the job description says 5+) and basically ended the call when I couldn't because I only had 6 years of experience (which is obvious if you look at my resume). Super unprofessional recruiter and made the company look extremely disorganized and rude. Don't waste my time with an interview if you haven't even looked at my resume to see if I match your basic requirements.
