      Crew Train Scheduler I Interview

      22 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Miramar, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Miramar, FL) in Mar 2016

      Interview

The interview process was simple. I applied online via the spirit website. I would say 1 month later I was contacted by a HR rep to come in for an interview. The interview was done in a group setting so I interviewed by myself but with the other employees of the department. Each one took turns asking me questions. I would say the interview was difficult because it wasn't just one person interviewing me it was 4 people. The questions seemed difficult based on wording but were typically questions you would expect on an interview.

      Crew Train Scheduler I Interview

      13 Oct 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Miramar, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Miramar, FL) in Oct 2023

      Interview

Applied through the Spirit airline website and received a personality test moments later which was a bit tedious, one of those highly agree vs highly disagree type tests. A few days after, received a call from the talent recruiter for a pre-screening and was offered an onsite interview at the Miramar office. The onsite interview was with 2 supervisors and the department manager. They made me comfortable and asked many questions after explaining the role and laying out the expectations. Overall, it was a great and rather quick interview process compared to other companies. The day after the onsite interview, received the offer and accepted but a background check and drug screening is also required after accepting the offer.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you resolved it? How do you prioritize multiple projects? What do you know about the role and how does your experience match up with the position?
