I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Charlotte, NC) in May 2019
Interview
Basically I just went in and asked for a manager because I had an interview. Someone told me to sit down in the little café area in the store where there are tables and chairs for anyone to sit in. I waited and shortly a manager came and told me the deli manager wasn't there but he could give me the interview. He then started to ask me questions like, "Tell me about you", "Why did you apply and Sprouts", "Tell me about your previous job experience", etc. Then he went on to ask me about a hypothetical with a customer and how I would handle it. Nothing too hard/complicated. Went on to explain the values and goal of the store and what the job would entail. By the end of the interview he asked if I had any questions then told me someone would call me and I would receive an email with all the details about the job and pay if I were to get the job. Three days later I got the call and email with everything and got hired. Pretty easy interview process, just be confident and nice.

The interview process is pretty informal and casual. You meet at the store location with the hiring manager and they screen your application in front of you. They ask a few behavioral questions and questions related to the role and then ask your availability.
