The interview process was very simple and straight forward. You will sit down with the general manager and will be asked scheduling questions in addition to basic employment history.

I had to wait in store for a while before the interview. I sat in the office with the manager of the store and he asked me basic interview questions. It wasn’t very hard, they’re mostly concerned about availability.

The interview was fairly brief, and was just a quick get to know you section that briefly discussed any skills you have that could assist you working there. Mostly it was a lot of describe yourself questions which isn't bad, but it can be a bit difficult to be introspective.

It was an extensive application and interview process, many questions I had to sit and think about my answer. My boss was very chill and understanding though, so I basically got the job on the spot.
