No interview at all. I went in to follow up on my application several times and was repeatedly told to come back later to speak to someone else only to have that person not be there next time came in.

I had to wait in store for a while before the interview. I sat in the office with the manager of the store and he asked me basic interview questions. It wasn’t very hard, they’re mostly concerned about availability.

The interview was fairly brief, and was just a quick get to know you section that briefly discussed any skills you have that could assist you working there. Mostly it was a lot of describe yourself questions which isn't bad, but it can be a bit difficult to be introspective.
